About Us

We are a local, family-owned business who has been in the construction industry for multiple generations.

The Foundation

From the 1950’s to the 1980’s Bob Pischel ran the nations 3rd largest publishing company with locations in Marceline, Missouri and Pasco, Washington. As an entrepreneur he didn’t stop there, but built nursing homes, hardware stores and was even part of the group that built the Bluewood Ski Resort.

A Big Transition

Unfortunately, the stock market took a major hit in 1987 which brought about a big change in the Pischel family. Bob got out of the publishing business as well as most of his other endeavours and transitioned to offering home repair services and cleaning out bank repossessed properties with his son Tyson. In the late 80’s they secured a significant renovation project from the local housing authority to improve over 40 different units. By the early 90’s they started their first home addition project and Tyson’s career in the construction industry had officially begun.

The Next Generation

Tyson brought along his son, Robert, to start learning the business during the summers in high school and college. This included learning how to manage the projects as well as doing some of the work which has included excavations, foundations and trim work. Robert met his wife Arika through their church and got married in 2022 about a week before he graduated from Washington State University. Since then, they have been building homes in the Palouse and
